At OneTwoFit we take every effort to supply each and every customer with a prompt and efficient delivery service. Over the years our systems have evolved in line with our company's growth to ensure that this happens.

Our larger items are delivered by Yodel, XDP, Panther or Pallex Solitaire depending upon the weight of your order.

We have a great deal of faith in our courier’s ability to ensure that our customer’s orders arrive on time and in excellent condition. We monitor the performance of our couriers very closely so rest assured that we only strive to partner with the best in the industry at the time.

Please Note: Due to COVID-19 Lockdown, delivery times have been extended to 3-7 working days.

We ship within most of the UK & US Mainland.

Customers from postal codes in Scottish Isles, Isles off the Coast and Northern Ireland will incur an additional delivery charge. Please contact cs@onetwofit.com to ask for more information about delivery.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3 business days,Shipping takes 3-5 Days depending on location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in billing or shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages during holidays or promotional events.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Please Note: Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once an order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

You can view the shipping estimate for your order when you go to check out on our website.

If you need to delay the delivery of your OneTwoFit product, please contact us ASAP. Once your product is shipped, we are unable to delay the delivery, so it's important we know your needs as soon as possible to ensure your product is shipped at a convenient time.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your OneTwoFit, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery.

OneTwoFit’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject. Because of the size and weight of our fitness products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your item. Returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $100 or more for Bikes, and $250 or more for Treads, depending on your location.

If your OneTwoFit is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, OneTwoFit reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at OneTwoFit’s sole discretion. If your OneTwoFit is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee. To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@onetwofit.com All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging. OneTwoFit is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.

You should expect to receive your refund within one weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
